On the same day, the Nanye Group's Shenzhen R&D base pilot factory also held an unveiling ceremony, marking that Hi-tech is at the forefront of LED, connects with Pearl River Delta business, develops overseas markets, and marches into the country's first-class enterprises.

Nanye Group is one of the top 500 private enterprises in China in 2022, and is the only company in our province shortlisted for the computer, communications and other electronic equipment manufacturing industries. After more than ten years of development, its subsidiary Hi-tech Huaye Group has gradually gained obvious manufacturing advantages. Its LED packaging projects and display product shipments have always been at the forefront of the industry. In the face of continuous product updates and iterations, Hi-Tech Group is targeting new display cutting-edge technologies, rising to the challenge, going to Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai for in-depth research, introducing advanced technology teams from the Pearl River Delta, opening up the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and continuing to make the LED industry bigger, stronger and better, and has proposed the goal of achieving an industrial output value of over 10 billion within two years.

Different from traditional SMD surface-mount packaging, it integrates light-emitting chips into the PCB board instead of welding them to the PCB one by one. Traditional SMD single-lamp packaging technology is difficult to meet the needs of small-pitch LED displays below P0.9, while COB technology can directly package the light-emitting chip onto the PCB board, breaking through the physical size limitations of packaging the light-emitting chip into lamp beads and attaching the lamp beads to the PCB board. With its high stability and ultra-high-definition display technology characteristics, it has become an emerging display technology in the current market. Through nearly three years of hard work, Hi-tech Huaye Group has gradually improved its layout in the field of new COB displays and has a foundation for industrialized production.

The operating unit of the COB new display project is fully responsible for Gaoke Vision Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Gaoke Huaye Group, focusing on the development and production of new display panel technologies and products. The COB new display project has an overall investment of 6 billion yuan and will be constructed in two phases. Once completed and put into production, it will achieve an annual output value of 10 billion yuan and provide more than 3,000 jobs, making it the largest LED production base in China.

On the same day, the Shenzhen R&D base experimental factory invested by Nanye Group also held an unveiling ceremony simultaneously. The Shenzhen R&D Base Experimental Factory is located in the core area of ​​the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, with a total area of ​​​​factories and offices of 5,000 square meters. As a window and position for Hi-Tech LED's external technology and product exchanges, it will undertake important functions such as cutting-edge technology research, overseas market development, Pearl River Delta business docking, and industrial information research for Hi-Tech Group, and serve as a "booster" for Hi-Tech Group to achieve high-quality development in the future.
