The optoelectronic technology platform of the upstream and downstream joint planning has now covered about 60% of the product line of "big Rex" and will reach 75% by the end of the year. Zhang Peng said, "the next step for the Rex is the US market." The quantity is only 1/3. Brand and channel have always been the advantage of NVC. However, the "storm" in the past few years has affected dealer's confidence. "We are constantly optimizing the scheme so that dealers can better serve users." Zhang Peng said that on the online channel, after the price war, lighting enterprises gradually turned to the competition between brand and service. Rex has different types of lighting products for online and offline channels, while online platforms also conduct "diversion" for offline dealers. On the basis of last year's more than 3000 stores, the first half of 2016 has increased nearly 700 O2O experience stores, which has increased by 50%. "The new channel mode is user driven, consumers understand information online, store experience online, and operators provide better after-sales service support." Zhang Peng thinks that lamps and lanterns are needed to be installed, so the dependence on offline channels is very strong. The online and offline O2O mode is welcomed by dealers. Although the industry slowdown, LED lighting industry development space is still huge. "LED lamps have been popularized in China for three years, and the largest quantity of them is 1/3." Zhang Peng believes that under the trend of more standardized and planned lamps, small businesses lack advantages. Many small factories like Zhongshan Ancient Town are closed, and the advantages of big brands are highlighted.
