The patent litigation judgment of YAG and white light LED has been confirmed.

There has been new progress in the YAG white LED patent litigation which has been in Germany for more than six years. According to the latest statement by Japan, it has withdrawn all the requests from the Supreme Court of Germany in October 1, 2018, so the decision of the court of appeal has been confirmed, and the final victory of the Japanese court in the lawsuit has been achieved. Up to now, 100 million light has not yet responded to the case.
