Japan's BP news agency reported that the Japanese construction company, the building of the Tokyo branch of the Zhao he motor, is equipped with an energy-saving system that uses cameras to control blinds and lighting. It will be combined with the control based on the luminance perceived by the person to verify that the target of 60% lighting power cuts will be achieved throughout the year. In addition, the data will be collected to prepare the lighting on the table for the same control in the future.
In order to control the blinds and lighting, the Dalin group set up a camera to measure the brightness of the interior and exterior. An outdoor camera at the window is used to measure the brightness of the window with the influence of the shadow and reflected light of the surrounding buildings. The measurement results are converted to the "luminance scale value" of the "luminance", which is developed by Tokyo Institutet of Technology, to regulate the angle of the blinds to prevent the glare.
The indoor camera measured the brightness of the natural light obtained by controlling the shutters. The measurement results are converted to luminance scale values to control the lighting (environmental lighting) on the ceiling. The results show that by the same control blinds and lighting, most of the daylight lighting can be reduced by 63% in sunny days.
