Unveiled ALE [Hongli Zhihui] to see the new ecology of smart car lights with multi-dimensional product matrix

From March 25th to 27th, the 21st Automotive Lamps Industry Development Technology Forum and Shanghai International Automotive Lamps Exhibition (ALE) was grandly held at Kunshan Huaqiao International Expo Center. Hongli Zhihui Group showed up at the B-T205 booth with its automotive branches, Foda Signal, and Yishan Auto Lighting, comprehensively demonstrating the industrial chain layout and technical strength from core light sources to smart car lights.

01. 36-pixel ADB headlight source debuts

In the field of automotive lighting sources, Hongli Zhihui Automotive Branch brings a full range of automotive LED light source products covering 0.01W to 36W, which can meet the needs of all-scene applications such as interior and exterior lighting of the vehicle, headlights, and taillights.

The company released for the first time a 36-pixel ADB (adaptive high beam) headlight source and supporting solutions. The product achieves a breakthrough of 167lm luminous flux at 550mA, supports the LED Matrix light source solution, and integrates all intelligent functions such as intelligent perception, intelligent control and intelligent beam in a closed loop within the car lighting system. This product supports a variety of innovative lighting effect modes, while achieving pixel-level precise control and perfectly solving cross-lighting problems, while providing customers with a cost-effective ADB solution at a lower cost.

02. Vehicle atmosphere lighting system

In terms of intelligent interaction and atmosphere creation, Foda Signal focused on displaying a variety of mass-produced and under-development products. Exhibits such as the luminous logo on the car body paint, the vehicle ambient lighting system, and innovative infrared heated ambient lights demonstrate the company's innovative technologies in the integrated design of car lights and body, and upgrading of cockpit experience. The car-grade dynamic flame lights and water ripple ambient lights released for the first time on site use innovative optical designs to enhance the interior atmosphere and become a highlight of the booth.

This ambient light does not require surface treatment processes such as spraying, in-mold injection molding or PVD. It can simulate dynamic light and shadow effects such as water ripples, flames, and aurora through the differentiated thickness design of the transparent mask, combined with a condenser and multiple LED arrays. Compared with the consumer-grade roller lens structure, this solution meets automotive-grade reliability requirements while significantly reducing product size and adapting to narrow spaces such as door panels and instrument panels.

03. Intelligent car lighting product series

Yishan Auto Lighting brings popular products such as front lamps, rear lamps, front grille lamps and welcome lamps. The one-piece ultra-wide-area smart roof light specially created for the Zhiji LS9 adopts an innovative "secondary high beam" solution. The light intensity and light pattern strictly comply with regulatory standards. It does not interfere with oncoming vehicles and can significantly broaden the night vision. BAIC Jihu's front combination lights + front through lights, the penetrating parametric texture makes the lights flow like an aurora when they light up.

At this exhibition, Yishan Auto Lighting brought two pre-researched technologies, 25K HD high-definition pixel headlights, customized infrared cameras, privacy cameras and integrated solutions for LIN communication reading lights.

04. Technology Sharing: Car Light Uniformity Standard

At the automotive lighting industry development technology forum held at the same time as the exhibition, Tu Wu, president of Yishan Automotive Lighting Research Institute, delivered a keynote report titled "Construction of Car Light Uniformity Standards" and served as the chairman of the forum. The report combines Yishan's many years of manufacturing experience in automotive lamps and provides an in-depth explanation of how companies can establish quantifiable and enforceable uniformity standards for automotive lamps, providing an important reference for improving the quality of domestic automobile lamps.
