Lei Feng in Shenzhen has a summer feeling in the winter, but it is undeniable that the winter is getting closer and closer to us, and you need to add clothes. Is there any way to let us wear a ball, but still keep a full force? It seems to be good to make a glowing LED light coat, not only the brightest star in the night sky, but also warm.
The coat used for remolding is better than the old one (not heartache), a little thinner, and more purse. The coat is best to turn over the face, so that all the purses are hidden inside, because the back of the making of the pocket is to charge the battery. In order to avoid the light source to be absorbed by the dark colored fabric of the coat, a thin aluminum reflective material made of aluminum can be used to sew it into the coat.
The LED lamp in this tutorial uses 27 lights, each with 20 LED bulbs, and the color is water blue and white. Each lamp string is run with 2 AA batteries, so the battery holder is first placed in the pocket, and then the adhesive tape is used to keep the clamp and the LED light on the aluminum reflective material evenly. To make the coat look better, you must find a way to spread the light point of the LED lamp, such as a thin, skimmed cotton pad, so that most of the light is transmitted to the outside, and the thickness of the cotton pad is also able to spread the light wave at the same time. As the skimmed cotton is not easy to protect, it can also cover the whole jacket with transparent plastic sheet.
Making material
Jacket
Aluminum reflective material
LED lamp (11 x 20 water blue + 16 * 20 water blue, white)

Skimmed cotton is about 2 square meters
Plastic film about 2 square meters
Spray
Transparent spray paint
Old newspaper
Tools:
Sewing machine
Needle
Paper cutting machine
Scissors
Hot glue gun
And both hands
Step 1: sewing
The reflector can be made with skimmed cotton, because the rear LED lamp needs to be fixed on the surface of the cotton. Some parts of the skimmed cotton are not covered. In particular, the joint parts of the clothes are easily deformed and scratched, so these parts can be used without skimmed cotton. Most of the skimmed cotton can be stitched up by sewing machines, and a small part of the sewing machine will not be in contact with a needle box.
Step two: fix the LED lamp
After wrapping the jacket with aluminum products, you can start to fix the LED lamp. Put them on an average coat and fix it with tape. The tape can ensure that there is enough space between the aluminium products and the lamp string, and most importantly, the adhesive tape is the most efficient method of adhesion.
Step three: fixed skimmed cotton
The next step is to fix the skimmed cotton, because the skimmed cotton is very thin, so a little spray is needed to fix it. This is the simplest step in the whole process, and it's about 30 minutes after it's stuck, and you can start the next step.
Step four: skimmed cotton
Here, you can see the effect of the whole coat covered with skimmed cotton. The appearance is not perfect, but the skimmed cotton is essential, which helps the LED light to diverge.
Step five: plastic sheet
The skimmed cotton is easily deformed, and a plastic film should be used to cover the whole jacket. This is a very light thin plastic film, then cut into the size of the different parts of the coat, wrapped around the jacket and welded together with a hot glue gun. Thin plastic sheets melt very quickly. For more important parts, high flammable spray adhesives should be used.
Step six: color
The jacket looks like a sandwich after the jacket is covered with a plastic film. The blue transparent coating is selected and sprayed to the surface of the plastic film to complete the work of packaging optical elements.
As shown, the jacket looks good now, and the hazy appearance can make the light shine better.
