According to Hubei Daily, the largest single-scale polarizer production base in China has officially entered mass production in Huanggang recently.

It is understood that Hubei Liyou Optoelectronics’ ultra-wide polarizer base has a total investment of 2.16 billion yuan, with a planned annual output of 30 million square meters of polarizers, and an estimated annual output value of 1.5 billion yuan. The production line currently undergoing trial production has a width of 2,300 mm, far exceeding the industry standard of 1,490 mm, which means the base can produce polarizers suitable for 100-inch ultra-large TV screens.

Since polarizers have extremely strict requirements on the production environment, Liyou Optoelectronics has equipped a thousand-level dust-free workshop in the factory construction.
