Recently, Chengdu Chenxian Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. successfully lit up the country's first 27-inch P0.7 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing box. At the Beijing InfoComm China 2024 exhibition, Chenxian Optoelectronics will premiere the world's first P0.7 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen, as well as other blockbuster new products. Data shows: The components in the module of this product are reduced by 90%, which greatly reduces the parts failure rate; the maximum brightness is 600nits, and the peak brightness is as high as 1500nits, ensuring excellent performance under a variety of indoor lighting conditions; 1,000,000:1 extremely high contrast ratio, which can provide deeper blacks and more vivid colors; ≤5% reflectivity, reducing light reflection and improving the viewing experience; The hybrid driver + TFT circuit avoids "caterpillar" failures on the screen and ensures complete picture details.

Chengdu Chenxian Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chenxian Optoelectronics") is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production and sales of TFT-based Micro-LEDs.
Chenxian Optoelectronics was incubated by Visionox, the first OLED product supplier in mainland China, and formally established the Micro-LED project team in 2017 to carry out basic research work. In 2020, with the strong support of Sichuan Province and Chengdu City, Chenxian Optoelectronics was established and settled in Chengdu, specializing in the pilot testing and industrialization of Micro-LED.
The company built the first Micro-LED full-process pilot line in mainland China in just 10 months. In September 2023, the construction of the world's first TFT-based Micro-LED display production line was officially launched, with a total investment of 3 billion yuan. Mass production is expected to be achieved in the second half of 2024, and the new production line is planned to have an annual production capacity of 18,000 square meters.
In terms of key technologies, Chenxian Optoelectronics has four leading core technologies, namely mass transfer technology, drive architecture technology, seamless splicing technology and TFT-based backplane technology. These four major technologies are key links in Micro-LED display technology and are also the core competitiveness of Chenxian Optoelectronics.
Among them, the massive transfer technology achieves a lighting success rate of more than 99.995% and a transfer efficiency of more than 10 million LEDs/hour. This technology provides key support for large-size high-definition displays. The drive architecture technology uses a glass-based thin film transistor (TFT) hybrid drive solution to improve the refresh rate and response speed of the display, while achieving higher resolution and wider viewing angles. The seamless splicing technology uses a TFT-based double-sided LTPS-TFT backplane process to achieve a 20um splicing seam, a seamless splicing effect invisible to the naked eye, and is suitable for high-end large-size splicing display products. TFT-based backplane technology has obvious advantages in Micro-LED display technology. With its excellent optical performance, good flatness, low thermal expansion coefficient, flame retardant performance and high-precision performance at micro-pitch, it can meet different display needs (such as ultra-large screen, curved screen, transparent screen, flexible screen, etc.) and usage scenarios (such as command and dispatch, exhibition display, security monitoring, conference display, etc.).
In addition, Chenxian Optoelectronics' hybrid bin technology further improves the display quality of Micro-LED screens, making the brightness uniformity between screens reach 98%. Chenxian Optoelectronics has also continued to build an independent intellectual property system. As of now, the company has held nearly a thousand patent applications, of which invention patents account for 96%, leading the industry.

In terms of product research and development, since its establishment more than three years ago, Chenxian Optoelectronics has successfully lit up a number of domestic/international first TFT-based Micro-LED displays, including retina-level (326 PPI) wearable displays, TFT-based Micro-LED splicing display modules for high-end TVs, 102-inch P0.5 TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen, 88-inch P0.5 front-maintenance TFT-based Micro-LED splicing screen and other frameless Micro-LED splicing screens of various sizes.
