Aoyang Shunchang subsidiary received 15 million yuan in special government subsidy funds

Aoyang Shunchang announced on May 12 that the company's subsidiary Huai'an Aoyang Shunchang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. received a special science and technology subsidy fund of 15 million yuan from the Qinghe District People's Government of Huai'an City on May 9, 2014. The above-mentioned subsidy was designated for the introduction of advanced epitaxial furnaces and related supporting equipment, which is an asset-related government subsidy. Huaian Aoyang Shunchang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the production and sales of LED epitaxial wafers and chips. Since 2013, the turning point of the LED industry has been confirmed, and the profitability of major LED companies has improved significantly. Obtaining special science and technology subsidies to introduce advanced epitaxial furnaces and related supporting equipment will help enhance the future sustainable development capabilities of Huai'an Optoelectronics' LED business, but will not have a significant impact on the company's 2014 performance.
