China's first fully automatic LED stamping line is put into production in Xuancheng

Since the establishment of the company in Xuancheng in 2009, Haiwei has been focusing on technology research and development and innovation. The ever-changing market demand has made company chairman Cao Zhengquan realize that a young and skilled technical development team, advanced concepts, high-quality products, innovative mechanisms, loyal services, and scientific management are the driving force for the survival and development of enterprises. Only by focusing superior resources on core products and placing them in core markets can enterprises continue to grow. The first domestic LED fully automatic stamping line was developed under this background and concept. After a period of research and development, in the second half of last year, the first domestic LED fully automatic stamping line was successfully developed and put into production in Haiwei. Subsequently, the company continued to innovate in science and technology: at the beginning of this year, the company put into use a second-phase automatic painting line and a pre-processing automatic line, each with a cost of approximately 2 million yuan; four automatic assembly lines (robots) with a cost of approximately 3.5 million yuan; and other automated supporting equipment, with a cost of approximately 1 million yuan. The surface spraying of the 5,000 flat lamps produced per day is all done by ourselves, which can reduce the production cost by about 8 yuan per lamp.
