In order to form a strong alliance and accelerate the advancement of LED lighting standard optical components, Jinko Electronics actively seeks cooperation with the Guangdong Provincial Semiconductor Lighting Industry Joint Innovation Center, and plans to establish a joint laboratory with outstanding companies, becoming the first licensing unit of the joint laboratory for LED lighting standard optical component testing.

The research and development of standard optical components cannot be accomplished overnight and requires long-term and sustained research. To this end, Jinko Electronics has spared no effort to invest a lot of manpower and material resources in optical component project planning, top-level design and subsequent execution plans. At the end of 2013, the optical component division was established and equipped with a professional component development and sales team, which is bound to carry out standard optical components to the end.

In addition, the market recognition of LED lighting standard optical component products is another "stumbling block" for Jinko Electronics. Although in the LED industry, standard optical components are recognized as the "spokesperson" for standardization and standardization, customers are still worried about product safety issues such as low lumens, explosive lamps, and power supply stability that is incomparable with traditional power supplies, and are unwilling to try new products. In order to eliminate customer concerns, Jinko Electronics has made a comprehensive layout and controlled all aspects of the design plan. The selected materials must undergo a large number of tests and experiments. At the same time, Jinko Electronics has also added safety weights to its optical component products. On the one hand, it entrusted the world's first-class certification company to perform CE series certification, and on the other hand, it entrusted Pacific Insurance to underwrite the products. Under multiple guarantees, the optical component products launched by Jinko Electronics have also been fully recognized by the market.

Persistence, looking for new steps for "Ma Biao"

Thanks to the unremitting efforts of Jinko Electronics, Jinko Electronics is no longer the "bald commander" of standard optical component products and has reaped numerous fruits.

Up to now, Jinko Electronics has taken the lead in proposing 10 detailed specifications for level one standard optical components, and has labeled and sold corresponding level one standard optical component products, namely SMD3014 that has passed LM80 certification and high-power ceramic product 3535 without gold wire packaging. According to the relevant person in charge of Jinko Electronics, the market response to standard optical components corresponding to Level 1 is very good. Orders have increased steadily since this year. The monthly production and sales volume of low-power 3014 is 40KK, and the monthly production and sales volume of high-power ceramic product 3535 is 3KK.

In addition to continuing to make efforts at the LED lighting standard optical component level, Jinko Electronics is also actively developing second-level optical component products, taking the lead in making strides towards the standardization of LED indoor lighting. At the "2014 LED Lighting Technology Trends and Optical Component Solutions Conference", Jinko Electronics launched three series of hierarchical two-light components for indoor lighting, namely "ceiling lighting components", "GX53 interface downlight components" and "HV series power-free optical components", which attracted widespread attention from industry insiders.

It is reported that Jinko Electronics’ first component product has been officially put into the market in the second quarter of 2014. In the third quarter, several series of optical component products will be developed and launched into the market.

Standard optical components are an inevitable trend in the development of the LED lighting industry and are more in line with market demand.
