Fujian Haijia Group and Hikvision reached in-depth strategic cooperation

On May 12, Hikvision’s official account announced that it had recently officially signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with Haijia Group.

It is understood that Hikvision mainly deploys Mini LED, COB and energy-saving products in the field of LED large-screen display and control, and has built dual self-developed production bases in Tonglu and Wuhan.

Haijia Group has a mature LED display industry chain system and three independent intelligent manufacturing bases of approximately 500,000 square meters. The group has two major brands: Hijia Cailiang and HiGreen. Among them, Haijia Cailiang focuses on the LED display channel market. HiGreen is a high-end brand of Haijia Group, focusing on the Mini LED/Micro LED field. It mainly develops light display product applications with cutting-edge technologies such as COB, MIP, complete machines, and all-in-one machines as the core, and provides full-scene audio and video integrated solutions with LED light display applications as the core.

It is worth noting that at the end of February this year, Haijia Group announced the signing of a Mini/Micro LED advanced packaging and module manufacturing base project, with a planned investment of 1 billion yuan in the project.

In this cooperation, in terms of products and technical support, Hikvision will provide Haijia Group with a full range of LED control system product supply, professional technical training, marketing support and standardized after-sales guarantee. Through the Yunmi platform, it will provide 7×24-hour online response, technical support and standardized after-sales guarantee for the entire cooperation process.

At the level of complementary advantages in the upstream of the LED display industry chain, Haijia Group has the manufacturing and quality control capabilities of the upstream supply chain such as PCBs, lamp beads, and accessories. It can provide Hikvision with high-quality core components, ensure the stability of display products and supply chain reliability, and solve the stability and long-term reliability of product delivery.

At the level of application scenarios, both parties will base their efforts on all-industry scenarios, focus on channel network, market capabilities and brand potential, and coordinate market strategies for core customer groups such as channel distribution, engineering integration, and government-enterprise projects, jointly build an industry communication platform, expand two-way empowerment channels, and continue to enhance the market reputation and comprehensive competitiveness of both parties' brands.

At the service level, the two parties will jointly build an integrated delivery and localization service system to jointly ensure the localization of projects, technical support for difficult problems, and full-cycle after-sales guarantee.
