Kangdexin naked-eye products use the third generation of rotatable cylindrical technology, which is covered with an optical film on the traditional LCD panel. It reaches about 150 degrees, which is enough to meet the needs of ordinary families sitting around on the sofa to watch.

In fact, KDX's naked-eye 3D technology has won the favor of many manufacturers. Last year, the PPTV King series of naked-eye 3D mobile phones adopted the second-generation solution. This year, Changhong also released its first naked-eye 3D TV Q2ND and smartphone X1, which also adopted KDX's technology. Starting from the second quarter of this year, many first- and second-tier electronic display brands around the world will launch naked-eye 3D products in cooperation with KDX. At the same time, Kangdexin recently announced that it has cooperated with Indian company EPICA and officially entered the Indian market.

Not only is it vigorously promoting hardware, KDX is also striving to create an ecosystem to help the development of the entire 3D industry. It has jointly established Oriental Vision with Guangdong Oriental to enrich the cutting-edge 3D content. According to Kang Dexin’s on-site introduction, in addition to being responsible for shooting 3D content, Oriental Vision also shoots short films, commercials, movies, film and television dramas, variety shows, competitions, etc., and also participates in the conversion of 2D content to 3D. At present, Oriental Vision's content platform has more than 500 3D movies, and in the future it will also cooperate with producers such as Hollywood and Bollywood.

The relevant person in charge of KDX told us that KDX’s technology accumulation has been around for a long time, originally from Philips. KDX currently has more than a thousand 3D patented technologies. In recent years, the company has gradually overcome problems such as excessive brightness and clarity, and has specific plans for promotion. The following is the specific content of the interview:

Question: How does Kangdexin establish a 3D ecological brand to help manufacturers convey this 3D concept to ordinary consumers. For ordinary consumers, when they buy TVs, 3D is not a must choice now. TVs also had 3D before, and 3D glasses have been available for a long time, but everyone does not know how to use it. How does Kangdexin solve the former problems?

3D person in charge: This is a good question, but it is also complicated. In fact, when Avatar was released in 2009, almost all TVs produced by manufacturers were 3D overnight. Manufacturers all equipped it with this function regardless of whether they wanted it or not. However, because one needed to wear glasses at that time, I only watched the TV once when I bought it from the manufacturer, and the glasses were put away when I got home. A year later, I couldn’t find the glasses. This is a reason. Another reason is that the film is not available, only a few samples are gone after watching it. So after 2009, until 2010, 3D reached a peak and then continued to decline. Until now, there are only 10% of 3D glasses TVs on the market. This problem is a burden for us. We need to re-educate the market and let consumers know that the 3D TV we are discussing now is not the previous 3D TV. We need to overcome this obstacle. We have to hold many exhibitions and jointly do this with brand customers to let more and more people know that when discussing 3D, the first solution is to complete the glasses, and the second is to solve the film source problem. Question: Some companies will invest in advertising. For traditional industries, there is relatively little brand building in this area. Is there any such brand builder plan?

3D person in charge: As a leader in the naked-eye 3D industry, in addition to promoting brand customers, we also need to educate consumers. We are also doing this, not just consumers, because consumer education is a very important part, which is the construction of national standards. Some time ago, in March, we jointly held a meeting with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology to invite relevant industry practitioners to discuss the formulation of 3D, especially naked-eye 3D standards. The intervention of a national standards department will have a great impetus for a society, because the standards formulated can better promote and deduce the application of 3D products. We also conduct consumer publicity activities, with nearly 20 press conferences and exhibitions every year, and invite industry professionals and consumers to join. We promote it in all aspects at domestic and foreign exhibitions such as Barcelona and CES. Including the WeChat platform, as well as online forums and website construction, they are also used.

Question: Do you think that in terms of current technology, naked-eye 3D has reached a large market area?

3D person in charge: The problem is this. We believe that no technology is perfect, and technology is constantly advancing. Even if you get the iPhone 1 product today, you may feel that it is very crude, but it detonated the market back then. This is the situation with naked-eye 3D now. We see that there are still many expectations for it. The 3D effect will be better, the viewing angle will be larger, etc. It can be achieved commercial standards from the current point of view. What we see today are second-generation products, and some third-generation products. We are innovating. Each of us is very attractive at first sight. When industry professionals show it to them, everyone's evaluation is: This is the best naked-eye 3D product I have ever seen so far.
