It is reported that this year is the last year of the promotion of energy-efficient lights and other traditional high-efficiency lighting products. The energy-saving lamps are selected by the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of finance to select high-quality and efficient lighting products through open tender. Since 2008, Harbin has popularized more than 239 energy saving lamps, accumulative total savings of 11 million yuan for users, directly pulling 25 million yuan of green consumption and 63 million kilowatts of electricity per year.
