1 Small spacing field

After more than ten years of accumulation and verification, CHIP1010 has become the most adaptable small room with the widest range of applications in the current market due to its superior performance, excellent quality, and controllable cost. 2 MiniLED field

As the dot pitch of the display screen continues to shrink, MiniLED is gaining momentum. With the support of innovative breakthroughs, the RGB Device Division became the first to pioneer IMD packaging technology and launched MiniLED direct display device products in batches. Today, the RGB Device Division has achieved full series product coverage from P0.9 to P0.4. Among them, IMD-M07 has achieved large-scale mass production; the IMD-M09 standard version has been widely praised by customers for its high cost performance; on the way to attack the high-end market, the RGB Device Division has completed mass trial production of the IMD-M09 flagship version. The color meets cinema-level color gamut requirements and can provide better visual effects. It is worth mentioning that P0.4 is the first to adopt the 20 in 1 solution with the highest packaging density in the world, helping to take ultra-high-definition display to a higher level and injecting new vitality into the commercialization of Mini LED displays.

3 Micro LED field

In the field of Micro LED technology, the RGB Device Division successfully developed a MIP device with a new packaging architecture in the first half of this year and prepared a MIP display module. The product has the advantages of high brightness, low power consumption, strong compatibility, mixed BIN to improve display consistency, and can be used with current machine equipment, and has verified the industrialization possibility of Micro LED in the field of ultra-high definition displays larger than 100 inches.
