Tao Jian, Chief of the Optical Analysis Section of TCL CSOT, Hao Peng, Senior Manager of Product Management, Du Jiang, Vice President of Sales of TÜV Rheinland Greater China Product Service Group, and Liu Xiqiang, Regional General Manager of Electronic and Electrical Products Service attended the certificate awarding ceremony.
For flicker-free certification of TCL CSOT inkjet printed OLED display module (model: NE001B01), TÜV Rheinland is based on 2 PfG 1797/04.20 standard, which tests key items such as synchronized flashing, flashing visibility, and high-frequency strobe. The results show that the product meets standard requirements in terms of low-frequency flicker below 120Hz and high-frequency flicker control in 150-3000Hz. Especially, there is no visible flicker at 120Hz (JND=0), providing users with a stable and comfortable visual experience and effectively reducing visual fatigue caused by long-term screen use.
In the perceptual stereoscopic color gamut certification of the inkjet printed OLED display module (Model: MNG001DB2), TÜV Rheinland evaluated the stereoscopic color gamut volume ratio, color accuracy and low grayscale color gamut in accordance with the 2 PfG Q2868/05.23 standard. Decay rate and other core indicators. Test data shows that the product's three-dimensional color gamut volume ratio reaches 108% DCI-P3, the color accuracy of 4096 colors is ΔE=1.19, and the low gray-scale color gamut attenuation rate reaches 2%, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of colors under different brightness conditions, leading the industry.
The eye comfort display (OLED) test of the inkjet printed OLED display module (model: MNG001DB2) follows the TÜV Rheinland 2 PfG 2692/06.25 standard and focuses on the three dimensions of display quality, ambient light management and eye protection technology. Test results show that the display module supports a high refresh rate of 240Hz, a brightness uniformity of more than 90%, a white level ΔE=1.96, a 41-color color accuracy ΔE=2, a total reflection (SCI) of 1.5%, and a color gamut retention of 93% under ambient light conditions (with only 7% attenuation). The proportion of harmful blue light is low (11.55%), while meeting users' needs for high-quality display and healthy eye protection.
