The day before, the Samsung Corp launched three new enhanced CSP (FEC) LED ---LM101B, LH181B and LH231B products. Samsung says these products have reached the highest efficiency of light industry.
Compared with the traditional LED package, CSP LED efficacy level is relatively low, therefore has not been widely used in mainstream LED lighting market. However, the new upgrade FEC LED can be applied to most mainstream LED lighting environment, including lighting, lamp, spotlight, shed lights and street lighting applications.
It is reported that the Samsung Corp's new CSP technology enhanced FEC LED, the formation of TiO on the chip side (TiO2) and white walls, to guide the light output. This technique can provide higher luminous efficiency than the traditional CSP LED, while providing greater flexibility for lighting design.
Samsung said on the basis of the original FEC LED package after the upgrade of the implementation of the industry's highest level of luminous efficiency, lighting can adapt to the more widely used.
The optical efficiency of 1W LM101B increased to 205 LM / W (65mA, CRI, 80+, 5000K) at the 1W level is the highest power CSP LED.
3W LH181B in the same products also reached the highest luminous efficiency, 190lm / W (350mA, CRI, 70+, 5000K), increased 10% more than the previous version.
5W 170lm / W LH231B package to provide (700mA, CRI 70+, 5000K) of the light effect, which is the industry's highest level 5W light effect. (compiled: LED James)
