Recently, two LED-related companies, Chonghui Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chonghui Semiconductor") and Beijing Tongjia Hongrui Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Beijing Tongjia"), have completed a new round of financing.

Chonghui Semiconductor completed Series B financing

Tianyancha APP shows that on April 9, Chonghui Semiconductor Co., Ltd. completed Series B financing. The amount of financing was not disclosed. The participating investment institutions include Shangqi Capital, Guangdong Semiconductor and Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, Guofang Innovation, and Yushan Capital.

Information shows that Chonghui Semiconductor was founded in 2000. It is a comprehensive group of semiconductor packaging materials integrating R&D, production and sales. It has full-process production and research capabilities in etching, stamping, electroplating and post-processing. The company has multiple industrial parks in Shenzhen, Dongguan, Jiangmen, Xinfeng, Jiangxi, etc., with a total area of about 255 acres and more than 1,300 employees.

Chonghui Semiconductor's business and products include: integrated circuit materials - IC frame series, mainly used in artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, big data, 5G and various consumer electronics and other fields; semiconductor lighting materials - LED SMD bracket series and Mini LED bracket, mainly used in fields such as LED lighting, LED displays and LED backlights.

Recently, Beijing Tongjia completed a new round of financing of 500 million yuan. This round of investment was led by Beijing New Materials Industry Investment Fund (leading investment), followed by Shanghai Ruili Investment, Mirae Asset Capital and other institutions, and the Series B shareholder (Dachen Caizhi) continued to invest.

Information shows that Beijing Tongjia is a dry vacuum pump equipment and system technical service provider focusing on the pan-semiconductor field. Its main products cover a full range of internationally mainstream dry vacuum pumps and core precision components, which are widely used in integrated circuit manufacturing, etching and vacuum thin film and other process links in semiconductor, display panels, solar photovoltaic, LED lighting, lithium battery and other industries.
