It is reported that after the capital increase is completed, Hongshengfu will use the relevant land and capital increase funds in Fuhai Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen to build new industrial land. After completion, Unilumin Technology will enjoy the ownership of the house according to the shareholding ratio, which will serve as the company's Shenzhen headquarters and R&D center.
