It is reported that the land signed by Tunghsu Group is located in Daxing District, Beijing, about 2 kilometers away from the South Dahongmen Bridge of the South Sixth Ring Road, 10 kilometers away from Daxing New City in the west, 25 kilometers away from the Capital New Airport in the south, and bordering the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone in the east. It has huge development potential.
Since the beginning of this year, with the intensive acquisition of land by many real estate giants such as Vanke, Franshion Properties, and Tahoe, the property market in Nancheng, Beijing has been heating up. In terms of transportation, the South Sixth Ring Road, the widening of National Highway 104 (Jingfu Road) and the planned Beijing-Taiwan Expressway will also pass through here, giving it obvious location advantages.
